About Me
My name is Brian. My heart beats for traveling and seeing as many different corners of the earth as I can. I live for the excitement of an upcoming trip and the uncertainty and adventure that always lie ahead of one. Considering my heart is in travel, I aspire also to put my passion and life's work into it and for it through this blog. As in most endeavors in life, I am a one man wolf pack attacking this dream. Here at Wandering Star, I hope to provide you with stories, pictures, videos, tips, tricks, experiences, tastes, info and anything I can put out that may enhance your reading or living experience in the magical world of traveling.
I had just gotten back from a trip to Piraeus and Athens Greece and Malaga and Madrid Spain. I had noticed that quite a few people were keeping tabs on trip and all the comments, likes and support for my travels were overwhelming. It was then that I realized not many people I knew ever had the chance to travel, and it might be that they never would get that chance. They were able to live some of those experiences through me and my travels that I shared through photos, videos and social media.
I had a mass communications blog I started in college back in 2011, before I had ever went on a trip outside of the US or knew the wonders thereof. After I began school in Malaga, Andalucia Spain, I decided to extend its usage beyond that class and turn it into a blog for my travels and experiences. I had let it die out after a year or 2. However, after my trip to Athens and Madrid (my 5th trip out of country in 6 years) I saw I had a readership already on social media and decided to resurrect this blog. I am now determined to manifest it into my dream of being a full time travel blogger. Thank you for your time and readership.
